Our Approach

Chief Executive’s Statement

Lucite International is a group company of Mitsubishi Chemical, a successful global organisation and it is very important to me and my Board colleagues that we continue to develop that success in a sustainable way. Part of that relates to what we do, but an equally important part of the success is how we do things.

Our core values are very important

In order to live up to these values, the whole Lucite International team must set and deliver high standards of individual behaviour at all times and wherever we operate around the world. We are all responsible for ensuring that there is no gap between our words and our actions. An open culture where people can seek advice and raise issues without fear of reprisals is vital. Our reputation and therefore our future success depend upon it. By operating to these standards together, I am confident that we can continue to make Lucite International an organisation we can be proud to work for.
